Here are things you can do to find the appropriate wedding organisor professionals and service providers : ask friends and relatives for recommendations, check out the yellow pages, check out internet, attend bridal exhibitions, visit bridal shops.

Go over your written notes priority by priority and organize them by ease of use. Get a list of vendors and service providers, pick up the phone and set appointments. Make sure you schedule your appointments by priority. So, if a specific person or company's participation at the wedding is required, you should first contact them to find out when they have an opening. If the date is a priority you need to focus on securing an officiant, and a location for the ceremony and the reception, and so on.

You need to know that wedding specific service providers such as wedding consultants, caterers, florists, DJs and-or musicians, photographers, ceremony and reception sites and videographers, who also provide services to other types of parties, business events, conventions etc... may be open to negotiations.
